Submit your GPS coordinate
Open Google Maps, drop a pin on the center of your cornfield or farm parcel, and paste the coordinate into the intake form. That one location is all we need to begin our earth research.

Upload your photos and documents
Through the form, upload photos of your field, irrigation, and surrounding area, along with your ALUP permit, BIA map, and any supporting documents. Your files are used only for your conservation plan — never shared or posted publicly.

We build your plan and schedule a call
Once we receive your submission, we will reach out to schedule a short intake call to talk about your field, your farming goals, and your vision for the land. Your complete conservation plan will be ready to print and sign.
Upon completion
We'll email you a draft PDF for review. We work together to finalize all information. Your plan arrives ready to print and ready to sign — formatted for permit approval and funding applications.
Financial projections and business plans
We also develop financial projections for crop operations and complete business plans for grants, funding opportunities, loans, and AIF programs — ensuring you're qualified for your permit and eligible for funding by building a legitimate business plan for your operation. Available as an additional service.
